Support 24/7 After Sale Service
As part of implementing automation projects—whether software or equipment—we provide 24/7 technical support for our clients. Our technical support has been operating since the company’s inception and is ready to assist you with any questions at any time. The goal of technical support is to provide prompt and professional information on incoming inquiries, as well as troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
This support is especially critical during the “hot phase” after equipment launch or the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). If you have questions regarding automated equipment from our European partners, we can easily assist you. Our staff includes qualified English- and German-speaking specialists who communicate with them in their native language and resolve any type of issue.
Our clients always receive the mobile contact numbers of their project supervisor or programmer. There is also an online chat on our website, linked to our real, competent specialists rather than hired operators.
After-sale warranty service includes providing a list of spare parts with technical specifications and a maintenance log for the supplied equipment. All our equipment comes with a warranty and relevant documentation, so in case of malfunctions, we resolve them as quickly as possible.
For automated equipment to work efficiently, it must be properly and, most importantly, timely maintained. K-Robotics LLC also offers post-warranty service after the expiration of the warranty. If necessary, our specialists perform on-site visits to inspect the condition of the equipment.
After the warranty expires, we provide post-warranty service. If needed, our specialists conduct on-site inspections of the equipment’s condition. KS implements turnkey projects.
99% of our automation projects are turnkey projects. At the client’s request, K-Robotics LLC can manage the project from order placement to commissioning.
