Robotic systems

The robotic systems implemented in our projects are developed by an international team of skilled robotics engineers. Our first robotic warehouse was launched in 2006 at Dymov Sausage Production LLC, marking an innovative breakthrough in the meat processing industry in Russia. Since then, we have launched 14 robotic warehouses across the country. The project configuration for robotics depends on the needs and potential of the customer’s enterprise.

Our company provides warehouse robotic systems that are both semi-automatic and fully automatic, with varying numbers of robots, performance levels, and functionalities, suitable for different types of containers (corrugated boxes, crates, pallets).

With two corporate development centers, we constantly work on creating innovative and in-demand robotic solutions. One of our developments is a specially designed two-box robot, which doubled warehouse productivity while maintaining the same operating costs.

This project was successfully launched in 2017 in integration with K-Robotics software.

Another of our developments is a robotic palletizer for stacking selected orders in corrugated packaging of various sizes onto pallets, arriving asynchronously in the pallet formation zone. Its first demonstration took place at the “Agroprodmash-2019” exhibition, after which a custom pilot project was successfully implemented.

Currently, during the import substitution period, our engineers are involved in developing a new robotic manipulator for placing products into consumer packaging.
